Kerkieen is specail holiday in the eastern region in Saudi Arabia. In 15 Ramadan all the families celebrating with children because this holiday special for them.
The children wearing particular clothing, and walking as group around the neighborhood. During walk they sing special song.
The families will cook the desserts, nuts, and make the gifts for children.
So, they will waiting for the children to knock their doors to give them same dessert and gifts.
It sounds a little bit like Hallowe'en, but without the scary costumes! It must be a fun time of year for children.
